A new stop in the Italia Polo Challenge 2022. After the evening arena polo tournament held in the Italian capital, Rome, and in the snow action in Cortina, the IPC moved to the north of the island of Sardinia.

IPC Porto Cervo (10 goals tournament) was played on grass at the Campo Sportivo Andrea Corda in Abbiadori (Arzachena) from June 28th to July 2nd, with three players per team and players of multiple nationalities, including the promises of Italian polo.
After the great success of Italia Polo Challenge Baylandi Cup - Porto Cervo 2021, Polo returned to the Arzachena and Four teams (Distretti Ecologici, US Polo, Poltu Quatu and Hendricks) were competing to win the most expected tournament of the year.
Hendriks, with Stefano Giansanti (ITA), Sasha Hauptmann (GER) and Joaquin Maiquez (ARG) was the best of the tournament, having finished unbeaten. He won his debut and the final (against US Polo Assn) on penalties and the semifinals in regular time. In the final. Third place went to Poltu Quatu.
All polo evenings were accompanied by fine wine and food tastings, themed dinners, DJ sets and live music.
The tournament is sponsored by the Federazione Italiana Sport Equistri (FISE) and supported by the Municipality of Arzachena, the Regione Autonoma della Sardegna and Conzorzio Costa Smeralda.
